UK delivery

The listed pack price is £8.99, with a single £2.49 UK postage charge per order by Royal Mail 48, regardless of quantity: one pack is £11.48 delivered, two packs £20.47 and ten packs £92.39. Estimated delivery is 2–3 working days after dispatch. This is a delivery aim, not a guaranteed 48-hour service. We dispatch within 2 working days after payment clears. International delivery is not currently offered on this website.

Product photographs may be stock images. The product listing tells you the pack quantity, edition and language. Booster contents are random; specific cards or rarities are not guaranteed.

Cancellations & returns

For direct online purchases, you can tell us you wish to cancel within 14 days after receiving your order, without giving a reason. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back. Email us with your name and order details to arrange the return.

You pay the return postage for a change-of-mind return. We refund the goods and standard outbound delivery charge within 14 days of receiving the goods back, or receiving evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier.

Please handle products carefully. Opening a sealed collectible booster pack can substantially reduce its value. We may deduct for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is needed to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. This does not remove your statutory rights.

If your order is faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us so we can arrange an appropriate remedy and cover reasonable return costs where required. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Ordering terms

Prices are shown in pounds sterling. The amount payable, including delivery and any applicable taxes, will be displayed before payment. No additional tax is added to the pack price advertised here.

Product availability is subject to stock. Our initial website allocation is 10 packs, separate from our eBay stock. Packs are reserved during checkout for up to 35 minutes; pending delayed payments retain their reservation until Stripe confirms success or failure. Direct checkout will open once stock allocation and payment processing are ready.

Submitting a payment or returning to a website page does not by itself confirm dispatch. An order is accepted when we send a dispatch confirmation. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and refund any payment taken.

For purchases made on eBay, use the product listing and eBay order information for the applicable price, delivery arrangements and returns process.

CrazyPotatoCards is an independent retailer. Pokémon names and artwork identify the products being sold and belong to their respective owners.

This website has no account registration, advertising trackers, analytics scripts or non-essential cookies. Essential browser session storage remembers your checkout reference and quantity so you can resume or cancel an order in progress. Our hosting provider, IONOS, may process technical access logs such as IP address, request time and requested page to operate and secure the website.

If you email us, we use the information you provide to answer your enquiry and, where relevant, manage your order. We use order information to fulfil our contract with you, maintain records required by law and deal with problems or suspected fraud. We do not add you to a marketing list merely because you contact us.

When direct Stripe checkout becomes available, the payment page will collect payment and delivery information. Stripe processes payment information; we do not receive your complete card number. Necessary order and address information is used to process and deliver orders and may be shared with our delivery provider. See Stripe’s privacy information.

We retain personal information only as long as needed for the enquiry, order, dispute or applicable legal record-keeping obligation. You can ask about access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability where those rights apply. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
